In university she and a friend decided to purchase $20,000 in chocolate bars and proceeded to sell them one by one to raise money for their college education.
She has been a highly successful door-to-door book salesperson and she was instrumental in the success of Erhard Seminar Training (est – now Landmark Education) which she helped to grow from courses of 5-10 people to events in all the major cities with crowds of over 20,000 people.
She has run an international jewelry company has coached top executives and is now launching a Transformational Media comapany – all of which has required her to communicate in a way that has others inspired and in action.
Marcia has seen it all, done most of it and found a way to be successful and be true to her heart.

A Pioneer of the Human Potential Movement:
Marcia has been a teacher, coach, and trainer in personal growth for over 30 years and in that time have trained over 150,000 people all around the globe.
She has coached and been coached by the top thought leaders on the planet, which combined with her life experiences has allowed her to develop a very deep understanding of human nature and how we operate.
She is one of the original pioneers of the Human Potential Movement, and was an original staff member and the Vice President of est (now known as Landmark Education, the largest personal development organization on the planet).
In 2004 she helped Jack Canfield found the Transformational Leadership Council, an association of renowned transformational thought leaders and was instrumental in facilitating the interviewing of thought leaders for the hit movie The Secret.
For the past 10 years Marcia has focused primarily on coaching and training in the corporate world with clients that included Inter-Continental Hotels, Capital One, Warner Bros., and Loews Hotels, among others.
